INDEPENDENCE & PROVENANCE

Clear sources. Honest limits.

A useful reference must show what is known, where it came from, and what has not been established.

Manufacturer material

Product identities and linked documentation come from identified manufacturer sources. A source check is not an independent test, a promise of availability, or a certification.

Community observations

Owner-entered observations are distinct from laboratory measurements. A selected normal kit is assumed context unless actual use is separately confirmed.

SSL measurements

Future published results must identify the configuration, specimen, method, conditions and evidence. No-detection and inconclusive outcomes must not disappear because they are less marketable.

Scoped certification

A certificate requires an authorized process and supporting evidence for a defined claim. No product receives certification from merely appearing in this catalog.

Missing means missing

No borrowed detector sounds, guessed firmware applicability, inferred coil compatibility, fabricated field measurements, or automatic performance rankings are used to fill gaps. Model generations and historical records remain distinct.

Commercial independence

Accurate inclusion and test outcomes must not depend on sponsorship. Any future member offer, referral compensation or manufacturer study needs separate terms and clear disclosure. There are no active member offers or manufacturer-data exports in this beta.

Rights and privacy

Manufacturer references are linked, not mirrored. Private journals, locations, permission documents, photos and unreleased clues do not form part of this public reference release.
